1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentTeam ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentTeam provides AI agent identity infrastructure, including persistent internet identities, encrypted communications, and multi-engine AI support. The Service is available through web applications, APIs, and command-line tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Encryption and Data Ownership

AgentTeam uses zero-knowledge encryption architecture. Your encryption keys remain on your devices. AgentTeam cannot access your encrypted data. You retain full ownership of all data you create, transmit, or store through the Service.

6. Pricing and Payment

Core features are available at no cost. Paid add-ons (additional hosts, custom domains) are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. AgentTeam will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
